Stress

No Stress Go is a website created by two middle school students, Sachi and Manon. For our ACE assessment we were given a task which was to raise awareness for our chosen topic, and we chose stress. Keep reading to find out more about our topi  n c.

Stress is a worldwide problem that everybody faces a least once or twice throughout their lives. Stress occurs when you are feeling overworked, pressured, in danger or threatened. It can also be caused by having high expectation from people, being insecure or uncomfortable about your surroundings or working under dangerous conditions. 


If you are currently facing stress, here are some ways to decrease your stress level;
  • Try to find out why you're getting stressed out
  • Try to be organized, which means don't leave something important to the last day
  • Don't do/say things that make you feel insecure or uncomfortable
  • Have some Me time, do your nails, ride your bike, do what makes you happy and relax
  • Go for walks and enjoy the greenery instead of in your room or office
Since stress is known to nearly everyone, there are a few official stress days, such as Stress Down Day, which was on the 25th of July and National Stress Day which is on the 5th of November.
